Get a Quotation

• Issue level controlled Electronic Bill of Material/ Parts list (Microsoft Excel preferred)
• Is it Free Issue or fully procured?
• If fully procured, we need the Bill of Material (BOM) to detail manufacturers part numbers, quantity used, component references, any alternatives etc
• A copy of an Approved Vendor List (AVL) if available
• PCB Gerber Data
• If Free Issue, we need to know the format of how the material will be supplied i.e. taped ‘n’ reeled, tubes, loose etc.
• RoHS Compliance Status of the product – Is it exempt from the RoHS directive 1st July 2006?
• Assembly Drawing(s)
• Clean vs. No Clean
• Manufacturing and Test Specifications
• Functional Test Equipment Availability
• Sample (if possible)
• Volume Requirements
• Date the quotation needs to be submitted
