Final Test yields are consistently high as a result of a first rate in process verification process.
In house facilities work right from the start of the process with goods in verification of supply chain delivered piece part product. In manufacturing all product has 100% solder paste deposition check and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), X-Ray inspection is used for all components that have a bottom side termination not just Ball Grid Arrays (BGAs), Comparator checking, Flying probe testing and JTAG boundary scan complete the suite of manufacturing process checks.
